Shipping Processing Time

All jewelry is made by order it will be made in between 3 to 7 business days after you order is placed. I do try my best to get orders out within 5 to 10 days!

All products are handmade and they take their time to finish all the details. If you are buying as a gift please plan ahead of time.

Kindly allow 3 to 7 working days for orders to be processed. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. Any form of delay in shipments will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping

  • West Malaysia (RM8) - FREE SHIPPING for orders over RM150

  • East Malaysia (RM15) - FREE SHIPPING for orders over RM180 

 

International Shipping - Pos Malaysia

  • Zon 1  (RM65 for every 4 item, RM5 for every additional 1 item)

  • Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand & Vietnam

  • Zon 2  (RM130 for every 4 item, RM10 for every additional 1 item)

  •  Others ( US, UK etc.)

Email containing your tracking number(s) will be updated upon shipment. Your parcel is estimated to take 7-10 working days  for Zone 1 and between 10-21 working days for Zone 2 to reach you. Kindly note that WildTulip has no control over any delays or damages caused by the courier service. Kindly allow 24 - 48 hours for system to update tracking number. Additional charges may apply if item exceeds weight limit/volume. 

Please double check your address before finishing your order, we will ship to the address that you used during checkout. If you need to make any changes to your order please let us know as soon as you can through our Email or Instagram. However if we already drop your parcel at the shipping center and your package had a wrong address and is returned we can ship it back to you, at your expense.
